Kehan Yi obtained her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Zhejiang University and University of Edinburgh (dual degree) in 2023. While in Zhejiang University, she was an undergraduate researcher studying the role of stress granules in the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases in Dr. Ge Bai’s lab. Kehan joined the Liu lab as a research staff associate to investigate epigenome by precise editing in 2024. Kehan enjoys singing, eating and traveling outside lab and joking with people inside lab. Kehan is pursuing her PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology in Stony Brook University in 2025.
