Isabel McFarland, from Baltimore, Maryland, is an undergraduate student at Barnard College of Columbia University majoring in Biology on the pre-med track, with a minor in Dance. She joined the lab in Fall 2023 as a research assistant with guidance from Rachel Gonzalez and Ji-Hyun Hwang on epigenetic dysregulation in neurodegenerative disorders. Outside of the lab, she enjoys listening to music, dancing, cooking, crocheting, and knitting.
